Nourishing Chicken Soup
SUPPORT & NOURISH YOUR GUT LINING AND IMMUNE SYSTEM WITH THIS SUPER HEALING CHICKEN SOUP.
Recipe:
- 2 organic/free range chicken breast/thighs (or 1 whole chicken) 
- 1 litre of good quality bone broth (chicken or beef) 
- 3 sticks celery chopped 
- 2 carrots chopped 
- 1 handful parsley 
- 1 teaspoon salt & pepper 
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil 
- 2 stems of spring onion 
- 1 packet of brown rice vermicelli noodles 
- 1 large knob of ginger 
- 1 knob of fresh turmeric 
- 1 lemon (peeled and diced) 
- 3 clove garlic 
- 1 onion peeled and chopped 
- 1 fresh chilli 
- Dash of apple cider vinegar 
Roughly chop all ingredients and place into your slow cooker or pot (expect noodles), cooked on high for 2-6 hours and enjoy!
Cook and add noodles in last minute!
