Gelatin Gummies
THESE GELATIN GUMMIES ARE GREAT FOR HEALING THE LINING OF THE GI TRACT, SUPPORTING DETOXIFICATION, INCREASING HEALTH OF SKIN/HAIR/NAILS & BOOSTING IMMUNITY!
Recipe -
- 2 tbsp Australian grass fed gelatin 
- 4 tbsp warm water 
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
- 1/2 lemon juiced lemon 
- 1 tsp local honey (optional) 
- Swap out apple cider vinegar for pomegranate juice for a yum, polyphenol rich kid friendly option 
On a low heat combine gelatin and water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved, then remove from the heat and stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Set in a silicon mould for 2 hours before consuming! I like to have them before meals to support stomach acid.
